Engineering & Manufacturing Projects

For engineering design and manufacturing projects:

• Projects are governed by individual service agreements with specific terms
• Milestone payments for completed work are generally non-refundable
• If we fail to meet agreed specifications, we will correct the work at no additional cost

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our manufactured components and systems against defects in workmanship for a period specified in your project agreement (typically 12-24 months). If a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components at no charge.
